
We are privileged at Achray House to have access to an abundance of local game, as well as fish and shellfish from the nearby west coast.
To celebrate this, we have created a six course taster menu featuring Scottish game, fish and shellfish.
The menu is seasonal, but a typical taster menu will include our own home smoked salmon, marinated in malt whisky and Perthshire heather honey, and then smoked over peat.
Another favourite is local venison, which features all year round on our menus. Game such as hare, pheasant and wood pigeon also feature in season.
The taster menu finishes with a selection of desserts followed by some of the excellent cheeses made by the new generation of Scottish cheese makers.
After enjoying our taster menu in The Conservatory Restaurant overlooking Loch Earn, you can relax in the Neish Lounge with a malt whisky from our extensive list.
You can enjoy a Gourmet Night throughout the year from £94 per person (£104 in high season). Extra nights (for bed, breakfast and the three course evening meal) cost from £61 per person (£69 in high season).
