Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, restaurant or lodges. All rooms are equipped with smoke alarms, and if any guest smokes in a room we will charge them a £200 fee for deep cleaning the room to make it useable for other guests. Guest can smoke on the patio outside the hotel, and outside the lodges.

Disabled Access

Reception, the restaurant, bar, lounges and breakfast room are all accessible on the level, without the use of any steps. Accessing the main door from the car park involves two flights of steps, one with eight steps and one with four, but the main door is also accessible without any steps from the lane at the side of the hotel. The access pathway is suitable for a wheelchair, and is equipped with grab rails. Rooms 8, 9 and 10 are also accessible on the same level as the public areas.

Pet Policy

Well behaved pets are welcome at the hotel and lodges. With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel (restaurant, bar, lounges and breakfast room). We keep specific rooms from which pets are excluded to enable us to offer these rooms to guests with allergies, and we do charge a one off supplement to cover the extra cleaning costs involved. If you want to bring your pet, please call us to enable us to book you into a suitable room.
