Please read the Deposit and Cancellation Policy at the foot of this page carefully before making any reservations.

Rooms in the hotel are subject to the rates below, which are per person, per night, based on two people sharing, for either bed and breakfast (B&B) or Dinner, bed and breakfast (D,B&B). We do not have any single rooms, and single occupancy of a double or twin room will be charged a supplement of £30 per night.

All rates include a full Scottish Breakfast, and Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rates include a three course evening meal.

High season is from July 1 to September 30. The rates above are not available during Christmas or New Year, when we offer special festive breaks.

Bed and breakfast rates for children sharing a room with their parents are £15 per night ( four to seven years) and £25 per night (eight to twelve years).

Ancala Lodge sleeps two people in a double bedroom, and Ardcraig sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

All bed linen and towels are included in the costs above. Electricity is charged by meter, which takes a £1 coin. Lodges are available from Saturday afternoon at 14:00, and should be vacated not later then 10:00 on Saturday morning.

Pets are welcome in designated hotel bedrooms and the self catering lodges, at a supplemental charge of £10 per stay.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

As a small rural hotel, to enable us to maintain competitive rates, we need to apply a cancellation policy. We require a deposit of either the total cost of the first night's stay, or 25% of the total accommodation fee, whichever is the greater, to confirm the booking. This deposit must be paid by credit or debit card or by cheque before the reservation is guaranteed. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, either within or outwith your control, and we are unable to re-let the accommodation for at at least the same rate, this deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel within four weeks of your arrival date, we will apply a total cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation fee. If you cancel within two weeks, we will apply a total cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation fee. We will hold your credit or debit card details for this purpose until your arrival. We strongly advise that you consider travel insurance to guard against a cancellation fee as described above, as we need to apply this policy under all circumstances to enable us to keep prices competitive.
