勞拉(Laura)從小在伯恩斯蘭(Burntisland)的祖父母酒吧度過,她的媽媽每年夏天都會接待學生,並在愛丁堡經營一家小型B&B。 在東京,阿姆斯特丹和倫敦從事各種職業工作20年後,她於2019年回到蘇格蘭,實現了一個夢想以及她的血液。 作為美食家,她熱衷於看到Achray House成為美食旅遊勝地的那一天,在珀斯郡門口慶祝所有美味佳餚。

Head Chef | David Racz

David came to Scotland 10 years ago and has worked his way through the ranks of the kitchen. While working as a kitchen porter, he developed a keen interest in cooking and over the years has worked in a variety kitchens most notably The Ducks Inn, Martin Wishart & Chez Roux at Greywalls. He joined Achray House in October 2020 and became Head Chef in February 2022. Classic French cookery is at the heart of his dishes, always with the best seasonal produce available.

General Manager | Claire Nicol 

Known to our guests as 'the beating heart of Achray House', Claire is the General Manager and has now been with us for over 3 years. She grew up in Arbroath on the east coast and has over 13 years experience in hospitality and service. Claire is such a people person with a love of excellent food and fine wines. She is full of energy, motivation and passion and embodies our ethos of delivering 'fine dining with all the loveliness, and none of the pretentiousness'. Claire's passion lies with the wines, and mosts guests put their faith in her to serve the perfect pairing for their meal. Constantly striving to improve, Claire got a fantastic result on her WSET level 2 and is now working towards more qualifications in the world of wine & sprits.
